Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We do not have a minimum order value.

We can accept payment of order by the following means:

Credit/Debit Card which is processed by Paypal

Cheque UK Customers Only- Please write your cheque guarantee number and card expiry on the reverse and make payable to “P Williams” (cheques may need clearing prior to order being despatched)

Postal Orders UK Customers Only - Payable to “P Williams”

Cash UK Customers Only - sent at your own risk. We advise to send this by Royal Mail Special Delivery

Bank transfer Please email us for details

All prices are shown in GBP£ and all transactions will take place in GBP£. Checkout can take place in other currencies but payment must be made in GBP£ (PayPal payments will automatically convert for you)

All orders will be posted 1st class within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Returns & Cancellation Policy:

Items which arrive damaged or faulty must be notified by email to Contact Us



within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund for the damaged goods as required. If we require the damaged / faulty item returned, we will pay the cost of the return postage via 1st class post. You will be required to obtain a proof of postage from the post office counter.

If you have changed your mind about the items you have ordered, or if you have ordered the wrong goods, please return them to us to arrive with us within 7 days of receipt of the original order. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.

You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us.

It is your responsibility to ensure all items are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. The packaging in which the order was supplied is not always suitable for reuse. If any returns received by us are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only offer a credit of 50% of the retail value of the goods to be given against a future order with us.

Refunds for returned items will be made through Paypal for payments made by Paypal and Cheque for payment made by Cheque, Postal Order or Cash. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
